Pre-flight preparation meeting recently was initiated and organized by our marketing department aims to ensure the normal flight plan of a domestic business jet in Nov. The communication was officially held at 14:00 p.m. on November 16th via teleconference call. The participants included the CEO of our company, the directors from the operation and marketing departments, and the relevant heads of each site of the operation airports for ground handling issues.

Due to the security of the mission involves multiple domestic airports, the capacity of service level at each site are not identical, many issues were addressed by mail. Our marketing department therefore coordinates and prepares this pre-flight communication via conference call before operating of this plan. Actually, executives from two partners pay great attention to this project. Some leaders were putting the time and efforts to attend and speak.

While receiving the meeting arrangement, colleagues from the operation department of our company took the initiative to collect and accurately understand customer needs, prepared in advance and proactively coordinated all relevant airport ground support issues. The responsible person from each airport's relevant agency reported and communicated with such details as the plane seat, pre-flight preparation, FPL printing and delivery, transportation arrangement, hot water supply, service of Chinese and English newspapers, tableware and dry cleaning of tablecloth etc. It was arranged as thorough as possible. In some important airports, our agent has done full communication and a lot of preparation work in advance. The professionals from airport whom in charge of this site, gave suggestions and solutions to customers at the meeting, hoping to do their best to guarantee flights and bring perfect service experience to customers.
